With multiple openings across our regional offices, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic and specialized team. **Tasks \& Activities:** * Review software requirements and specifications to understand the scope of work and highlight any gaps or ambiguities. * Create test strategy and plan. * Assign tasks and oversee test case design, execution, and defect management. * Ensure comprehensive coverage of applicable functional and non\-functional testing types. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure software quality. * Lead and manage the software testing team across multiple projects. * Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous improvement and best practices. * Monitor and report testing progress, results, risks, and KPIs to management. **Qualifications:** * University Degree in IT or any relevant major. * 7\+ years of work experience in quality control and software testing. * Professional testing certificates are a plus. **Skills \& Languages:** * Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills in English. * Strong attention to details * Critical thinking skills * A professional and positive attitude **You can also submit your application here:** Work Location: In person
