Temporary QC Inspector

ACTS Qatar is currently looking to hire a temporary QC Inspectors for two month assignment with the following qualifications. * Conduct visual inspections and condition surveys of existing buildings and structures. * Inspect structural and non\-structural components, including: Reinforced concrete elements, Columns, beams, slabs, and foundations, Walls and masonry, Roofs and waterproofing system, and Stairs and other structural component * Record the location, size, extent, severity, and characteristics of observed defects. * Prepare detailed inspection notes, photographs, sketches, defect maps, and inspection checklists. * Carry out dimensional checks and basic condition measurements as required. * Assist engineers in planning and conducting building condition assessments. * Assist in identifying suitable locations for testing and sampling based on visible defects and inspection findings. * Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspection locations and test areas. * Verify that inspection activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements. * Review drawings, previous inspection reports, specifications, and available building records before inspections. * Coordinate with engineers, NDT technicians, laboratory personnel, contractors, consultants, and client representatives. * Assist in preparing defect registers and building condition assessment records. * Maintain accurate inspection documentation and photographic records. * Report significant structural defects or safety concerns immediately to the responsible engineer/manager. * Assist in preparing technical inspection and building evaluation reports. * Maintain proper records of inspection equipment, calibration certificates, and test results. * Follow ACTS Quality, HSE, and inspection procedures at all times. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline**. Experience * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience** in building inspection, construction quality control, structural inspection, building evaluation, or construction materials testing. * Experience in inspection of existing buildings and structures is preferred. * Experience with concrete defects, structural deterioration, and building condition assessments is highly desirable. * Experience in Qatar/GCC projects will be an advantage Job Type: Temporary Work Location: In person
