Job description
We are looking for an experienced **Telesales Representative** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound sales enquiries
* Follow up with potential and existing customers
* Maintain accurate and updated CRM data
* Convert enquiries into sales opportunities
**Requirements:**
* Minimum **1–2 years of telesales experience**
* Experience in **logistics, freight, courier, transportation, or warehousing** is preferred
* Good communication and customer\-handling skills
* **Immediate joiner preferred**
* **Visa 18 holders are welcome to apply**
