**We’re Hiring – Telesales Executive** We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telesales Executive** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in **real estate, telesales, or customer service** is preferred. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Confident in making calls and following up with leads. * Ability to generate and convert leads into clients. * Good knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage. * Target\-oriented, proactive, and self\-motivated. * Good English communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contact potential clients and generate leads. * Follow up with existing and new leads. * Explain properties, offers, and services to clients. * Maintain regular communication with prospects. * Achieve monthly sales and calling targets. * Maintain proper records of calls and client follow\-ups. **Location:** Dubai **Experience:** 1–3 years preferred Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
