Telesales Executive

**Job Overview**We are looking for a results\-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by selling our **\[accounting and tax consulting services]** to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), startups, and finance professionals.You will connect directly with business owners, CFOs, and decision\-makers to identify their accounting challenges and demonstrate how our solutions save them time, reduce errors, and ensure legal tax compliance.**Key Responsibilities** * **Outbound B2B Prospecting:** Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to business owners, directors, and finance managers across target industries. * **Consultative Selling:** Identify prospect pain points—such as manual invoicing, messy cash flow tracking, or tax filing delays—and pitch our tailored solutions. * **Lead Qualification \& Nurturing:** Qualify inbound leads and walk prospects through product value propositions, or schedule deep\-dive software demos for our technical sales team. * **Deal Closure:** Handle objections confidently, negotiate pricing packages, and close monthly/annual subscription plans or service contracts. * **Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for call volumes, lead generation, and monthly revenue quotas. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Financial Literacy:** A basic understanding of corporate accounting terms (e.g., invoicing, profit \& loss, bookkeeping, payroll, or local tax regulations) is preferred. * **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to pitch to C\-level executives and business owners. * **Resilience:** Highly motivated, self\-driven, and resilient in handling objections and rejection.
