Telesales Executive (Female on Husband visa)

Dalamo Tours and Travels is looking for a motivated and energetic **Female Telesales Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. She will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. Visa Requirement * Must be on **Own Visa** or **Husband Visa**. * Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Promote and sell the company's travel services. * Generate sales for: * Flight Tickets * UAE Visit Visas * Visa Extensions / Change Visa Services * Tour Packages * Travel Insurance * Other travel\-related services * Follow up with customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements * Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or travel sales is an advantage. * Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Malayalam . * Confident, persuasive, and target\-oriented. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and WhatsApp Business). * Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
