Telesales Agent – Arabic Speakers Only

**About Us:** Athar Academy is an educational center based in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to delivering high\-quality training and educational services. We are seeking a motivated and persuasive **female Telesales Agent** to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our educational programs, engaging with potential students and parents, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client\-focused approach, and the ability to meet enrollment targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote the institution’s courses and programs. * Convert leads into enrollments by effectively presenting course benefits and addressing client concerns. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to foster trust and long\-term engagement. * Provide accurate and detailed information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and admission requirements. * Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable programs for each student. * Maintain consistent follow\-up communication with potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms. * Keep detailed and updated records of client interactions, inquiries, and enrollment progress in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. * Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement of programs and services. * Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets. **Requirements:** * **Female Arabic Speakers** * Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the education sector is a plus). * Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. * Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining organized records. * Goal\-oriented, self\-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets. * Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
