Telecommunications Engineer **Company:** Truvista Communications **Job Type:** Full\-Time About the Role Truvista Communications is hiring a Telecommunications Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain our voice, data, and fiber\-optic transport networks. You will play a key role in optimizing network performance, expanding broadband infrastructure, and delivering reliable connectivity solutions to our residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities * **Network Design \& Architecture:** Plan, design, and optimize fiber\-to\-the\-home (FTTH), IP/MPLS, and voice/data network systems. * **System Deployment \& Configuration:** Configure routers, switches, optical transport nodes, and central office switching equipment. * **Performance \& Maintenance:** Monitor network performance, perform traffic engineering, and execute hardware and firmware upgrades. * **Troubleshooting \& Tier\-3 Support:** Resolve complex network outages, routing failures, and signal degradation issues referred by network operations teams. * **Vendor \& Project Coordination:** Collaborate with equipment vendors, field technicians, and project managers to complete network expansion projects on schedule. Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in telecommunications network engineering or ISP systems. * **Certifications:** CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent vendor certifications (Nokia, Calix, Adtran) are highly desirable. * **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of fiber architecture (GPON/XGS\-PON), TCP/IP protocols, BGP/OSPF routing, VLANs, and SIP/VoIP technologies. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٣٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
