The Role We are seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Telecom Project Manager to lead network deployment, infrastructure upgrades, and site buildouts from concept through completion. In this role, you will keep field teams, contractors, budget, and project schedules tightly aligned to ensure high\-quality, on\-time network delivery. What You’ll Do * Drive Project Delivery: Plan, schedule, and execute telecom infrastructure projects (fiber, wireless, tower sites, or network builds). * Coordinate Field Ops \& Contractors: Supervise field technicians, site engineers, subcontractors, and vendor deliverables to ensure safety and quality standards. * Manage Budgets \& Timelines: Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and control project costs against operational budgets. * Maintain Compliance \& Permits: Ensure all site acquisitions, permitting, rights\-of\-way, and local utility/governmental clearances are secured on schedule. * Stakeholder Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leadership, and external partners, delivering clear progress updates and risk assessments. What We’re Looking For * 4–7\+ years of experience in project management within the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry. * Strong background in fiber optics (FTTH/FTTX), wireless/cellular networks, microwave, or site deployment projects. * Proven track record in vendor management, site permitting, and field resource coordination. * Excellent budget management, risk mitigation, and scheduling skills. * PMP, PRINCE2, or telecom industry certifications are a strong plus.
