**Job Description** ------------------- ### **Job title/position** Telecom Engineer M/F ### **Type of Contract** Fixed\-term\-contract ### **Nature of contract** Full time ### **Contract length** 3 years ### **Your mission** We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a Telecom Engineer Job Purpose Support the maintenance, reliability, and availability of telecom systems in offshore Oil \& Gas operations while ensuring safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain telecom maintenance plans and procedures. * Manage telecom assets, spare parts, and inventory. * Provide telecom design, engineering, and installation support. * Support onboarding of new operational maintenance services. * Review and update drawings and layouts for equipment installations. * Coordinate space, power supply, cable routing, and equipment location requirements. * Contribute to risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards ### **Your profile** Higher Secondary School Education with a 3\-year Technical Diploma or Degree (HNC, HND, or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil \& Gas or Petrochemical facilities. At least 5 years of offshore telecom maintenance experience. Knowledge of telecom systems, maintenance planning, and installation activities. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
