Telecaller

• Contact prospective customers using company-provided leads • Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into service appointments • Promote Auto Nation Service's products, services, and ongoing offers • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication • Achieve monthly lead conversion, sales, and performance targets • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team for smooth customer handovers • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system • Re-engage inactive and existing customers to generate repeat business • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive services • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey • Contribute to business growth by maximizing lead conversion opportunities • Work closely with the sales and service teams to achieve company objectives • Maintain professionalism, positive communication, and excellent customer service standards at all times • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets consistently • Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory) • Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service • Strong communication and customer engagement skills • Target-oriented with the ability to convert leads into customers • Automotive industry experience is an added advantage
