Technology Development Director

**Role Overview** Vinnovate Technologies is seeking an ambitious Technology Development Director to drive our technology roadmap, oversee software and platform engineering, and spearhead innovation across our product ecosystem. You will lead high\-performing engineering and research teams, guide architecture decisions, and align emerging technology adoption with long\-term business goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Formulate and execute the enterprise technology strategy, software architecture vision, and R\&D development roadmaps. * Direct multi\-disciplinary engineering, cloud, and product development teams through end\-to\-end software delivery lifecycles. * Drive the evaluation, adoption, and integration of modern technologies, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks. * Establish engineering operational benchmarks, code quality standards, security compliance protocols, and CI/CD pipelines. * Partner with executive leadership, product managers, and client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions. * Manage technology investments, infrastructure costs, technical debt mitigation, and engineering resource allocation. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 8 years of progressive software engineering and technology experience, with at least 3 years in a directorial or senior engineering management role. * Proven track record of architecting, launching, and scaling complex enterprise software systems and cloud\-native solutions. * Deep technical expertise across modern full\-stack technologies, microservices architecture, data security, and DevOps principles. * Exceptional strategic leadership, team mentorship, and executive stakeholder communication skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
