• Perform precise sample preparation and analysis using advanced laboratory equipment and techniques. • Accurately record, document, and report experimental results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with protocols. • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. • Conduct quality control checks on reagents and supplies, verifying their suitability for experimental procedures. • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry). • Hold certifications such as a Certified Laboratory Technician (CLT) or equivalent, demonstrating specialized knowledge. • Have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar laboratory setting, applying theoretical knowledge to practical tasks. • Demonstrate proficiency in operating and maintaining specific laboratory instruments relevant to the industry.
