Technical Trainer, Staff

Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a GCCS \- J C4ISR Technical Training Staff Instructor to provide training, instruction, and curriculum development support for GCCS \- J Cyber Security, Intelligence Module, and/or System Engineering and buttonology. This position will be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be a fully onsite position. Responsibilities: * Designs and delivers C4ISR training instructions/curriculum to train all levels of personnel. * Formulates C4ISR teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. * Develops C4ISR tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. * Collaborates with the Lead ISD and Program Manager to identify program needs, obtain technical data and conducts training support according to the training mission. * Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. * Confers with leadership and the management team, employees and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies. * May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs. * Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories. * Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree 2\-4 years exp Clearance: Secret * Knowledge of GCCS \- J and C4ISR Systems to include technical operations of the suite and components * Experience provided training instructions in a military environment * Clearance Level: must be able to pass an FBI background check and obtain a visa for KSA Preferred Skills and Experience * GCCS \- J Operator, Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Computer Networking background * Experience working abroad in austere environments such as KSA * Energetic, self\-starter who works well in a team environment \#RSNF \#SSG \#NSS \#TMK \#TM Posted Salary Range: USD $75,600\.00 \- USD $88,000\.00 /Yr.
