Technical Specilaist

Key Responsibilities * Prepare and review lifting plans, method statements, and technical calculations. * Select suitable cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories for project requirements. * Provide technical support during project planning, mobilization, and execution. * Review load weights, dimensions, center of gravity, lifting points, crane capacities, and site conditions. * Provide technical guidance and supervision for critical and complex lifting operations. * Coordinate with clients, project teams, operations, and HSE on technical matters. * Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions. * Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable lifting standards. * Maintain accurate technical and project documentation. * Support continuous improvement and safe execution of Heavy Lift Department activities. Qualifications \& Experience * Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Relevant experience in heavy lifting, crane operations, rigging, or project engineering. * Good knowledge of cranes, lifting equipment, rigging practices, and lifting calculations. * Strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
