Technical Sales Representative

**Job Title:** Sales Representative — Property Snagging \& Inspection Services **Location:** Dubai, UAE \| Full\-time **About us** DESALITY Snagging \& Interiors is an independent third\-party property inspection consultancy operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. We inspect properties before buyers take the keys, and our reports give clients the evidence to hold developers accountable at handover and during the defects liability period. We work for the buyer and the investor — never the developer's contractor. **The role** We have more inspection capacity than pipeline. You'll own new business across four channels: real estate brokerages, developers and handover teams, corporate clients and property managers, and individual buyers and investors. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain a referral network with UAE brokerages, agents and their sales teams * Pitch and close pre\-handover and bulk inspection programmes with developers and handover teams * Develop recurring inspection arrangements with property managers, owners associations and corporate landlords * Convert inbound enquiries from individual buyers quickly, with clear scope and pricing * Represent DESALITY at handover events, broker offices, project sites and property exhibitions * Prepare quotations, follow up rigorously, and keep the CRM accurate **Requirements** * 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE — real estate, property services, construction or facilities management * Proven record of building client relationships from cold contact to repeat business * Fluent English and strong professional Arabic * Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle (field\-based role) * Ability to sell a service built on independence, without overpromising findings or outcomes **Preferred** * Existing network among Dubai brokerages or RERA\-registered agents * Familiarity with snagging, handover processes or the defects liability period **What we offer** * Base salary of AED \[3,000 AED– 5,000 AED] plus uncapped commission * UAE employment visa and medical insurance * Fuel and mileage allowance * Direct access to the founder and room to build the channel your way Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available immediately or on a notice period ?
