Technical Sales Executive

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements: * Immediate joiner preferred. * Minimum **2 years of sales experience** in the UAE industrial market. * Proven experience in selling **Industrial Automation, Fluid Power, or other industrial equipment** in the UAE. * Technical knowledge of **Mechatronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Electrical Engineering** is an advantage. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid **UAE driving license** is mandatory. * Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; technical or engineering qualifications are preferred. * Comfortable with regular customer visits and business development activities. * Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Important Note: In addition to the base salary, the company offers an attractive performance\-based sales commission structure. Employees will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the achievement of individual sales targets and overall performance.
