**Job Title:** Technical Manager – Construction \& Engineering
**Location:** KAEC, Saudi Arabia

### **About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Technical Manager** to provide multidisciplinary engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the lifecycle of a major automotive industrial development.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical governance across engineering and construction.
* Review consultant engineering designs.
* Ensure designs are coordinated, constructible and compliant.
* Manage technical queries, engineering changes and deviations.
* Oversee civil, structural and building\-system technical compliance.
* Manage MEP and utility integration.
* Coordinate interfaces between building services and production equipment.
* Resolve multidisciplinary engineering conflicts.
* Review construction methodologies for complex/high\-risk activities.
* Manage engineering risk and technical change control.
* Support quality inspections and ITP requirements.
* Support integrated testing and commissioning.
* Review as\-built drawings and O\&M documentation.
* Manage technical interfaces with consultants, contractors, utility providers and equipment suppliers.
* Support final handover and operational readiness.
### **Qualifications \& Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* **Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience.**
* Significant **multi\-site project experience**.
* Strong design\-management and construction\-technical\-assurance background.
* Industrial/manufacturing facility experience strongly preferred.
* Strong multidisciplinary civil/structural/MEP interface experience.
* Strong testing, commissioning and handover experience.
* GCC/KSA experience preferred.
