Technical Infrastructure Operator

**Role Overview** Bit Trading Club Operations is seeking a vigilant and detail\-oriented Technical Infrastructure Operator to monitor, maintain, and optimize our high\-frequency trading infrastructure, server networks, and platform node operations. In this role, you will oversee real\-time system performance, manage cloud and on\-premise hardware resources, execute routine server maintenance, and respond swiftly to technical alerts to ensure 99\.99% uptime for our trading systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform continuous 24/7 real\-time monitoring of trading servers, execution nodes, network latency, and system resource utilization. * Respond immediately to infrastructure alerts, hardware failures, API connectivity drops, and server performance bottlenecks. * Execute scheduled maintenance procedures, server deployments, system patches, and hardware updates with minimal operational disruption. * Manage high\-availability server clusters, cloud instances (AWS/GCP), containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and database backups. * Collaborate with system engineers and security leads to enforce infrastructure firewalls, access controls, and data security protocols. * Maintain comprehensive infrastructure logs, incident reports, operational runbooks, and system health documentation. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration, server operations, or IT infrastructure support, ideally within high\-frequency trading, fintech, or web3 environments. * Hands\-on experience with Linux server administration, cloud infrastructure management, shell scripting (Bash/Python), and network diagnostic tools. * Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and containerized workflows. * Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure, analytical thinking, and flexibility to work in shift rotations covering peak trading hours. موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
