Job description
• Accurately process and file technical documents, blueprints, and schematics, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records of technical data, including equipment specifications and maintenance logs.
• Assist engineers and technicians by retrieving and distributing technical drawings, manuals, and project-related paperwork.
• Coordinate the requisition and tracking of technical supplies and spare parts, managing inventory levels effectively.
• Generate and distribute routine technical reports and summaries based on collected data and project progress.
• Support the implementation and adherence to technical documentation standards and procedures within the team.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

• Maximum age limit is 49 years
• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
Managerial and SR. Positions:
• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
