Technical Assistant

Responsibilities: * Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred. * PMP or PgMP certification. * ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification. * Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery. * Experience managing large\-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed\-services contracts. * Airport or mission\-critical operations experience strongly preferred. * Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance and leadership skills. * Must comply with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and be eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES * Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures. * Computer skills including the ability to operate software, including MS Office Suite. * Effective organizational and written communication skills. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION * The candidates should be Fluent in English \- written and spoken and additionally * **Arabic written and spoken is preferred.** * Relevant work experience as per Article 4\.2\.4 of Appendix A. * A minimum of 12 years’ experience working in an IT environment is preferred. * Good numerical skills and basic statistical knowledge Work Location: In person
