Tech Product Owner / Implementation Tech Lead

**Key Responsibilities \*** * Coordinate vendor delivery teams * Configure accounts, portfolios, custody, corporate actions, reporting * Oversee platform environments (DEV / SIT / UAT / PROD) * Ensure performance, availability, and operational readiness * Privileged access management * Support audit and logging requirements * Support production cutover and hypercare **Required Skills \*** * Deep hands on experience with Wealth platforms * Swiss or EU private banking implementations * Platform configuration and release management * Wealth operations knowledge * Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus * Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus **Preferred Tech Stack** * Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, .net Core and frameworks). * Strong hands\-on experience of relational databases (Postgres DB, Oracle, SQL Server) and moderate knowledge NoSQL databases (like MongoDB). * Proficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure). * Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, integration solutions. * Experience with serverless architecture * Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations and security architecture. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools. * Awareness of emerging technologies in Fintech, such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets. * Proficiency in architectural design tools (Visio, Draw.io). Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Confluence) **Skills:** Wealth platform management , Cloud architecture , Security management
