**WE ARE HIRING – TEAM LEADER** **Home Décor \& Home Furnishing** **Salary \- 5000 to 5200 full package** **Experience in Home decor and Home furnishing is must** We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader** to join our Home Décor \& Home Furnishing business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate and develop the store sales team to achieve sales targets. * Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service. * Assist customers with product selection and home décor solutions. * Ensure effective product presentation, visual merchandising and store standards. * Monitor stock availability, replenishment and product displays. * Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. * Support the Store Manager in achieving business and operational objectives. * Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. **What We’re Looking For:** * 2–4 years of experience in **retail sales/team leadership**, preferably in Home Décor, Furniture or Home Furnishing.
