Team Leader - Security

At Hyatt, every role matters, and every colleague has the opportunity to grow. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and support Security colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards. * Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel property. * Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access\-control systems, and alarms. * Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns. * Prepare accurate incident reports, security logs, and required documentation. * Coach and motivate team members while fostering teamwork, respect, vigilance, and care. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Qualifications** * Minimum 2–3 years of Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. * Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision\-making skills. * Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures. * Ability to remain calm and professional and handle sensitive situations with discretion. * Good English communication skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
