Team Leader- Housekeeping

**Summary** ----------- The Team Leader \- Housekeeping is responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained across all assigned areas. The role involves leading a team of housekeeping attendants, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards. **Qualifications** ------------------ * High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality\-related qualifications are an advantage. * Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety standards. * Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is desirable.
