We are looking for an energetic and results\-oriented **Team Leader – Household** to lead our Household Department and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales and operational targets. * Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience. * Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and department presentation. * Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to maximize results. * Train, coach, and develop team members to improve product knowledge and selling skills. * Manage stock replenishment and maintain inventory accuracy. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Customer\-focused with a passion for retail operations. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Experience in the household, home essentials, or lifestyle retail sector is an advantage. Pay: QAR4,800\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
