Team Leader - Front Office

**Summary** ----------- As we prepare for the exciting reopening of Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square, we are looking for a passionate and guest\-focused Team Leader \- Front Office to support the day\-to\-day operations of the Front Desk. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising Front Office colleagues, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to the overall success of hotel operations. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise Front Office operations and support the team in delivering outstanding guest service. * Ensure smooth check\-in, check\-out, cashiering, and guest relations processes. * Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Maintain Hyatt brand standards and operational procedures at all times. * Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence. * Assist in achieving departmental revenue, productivity, and guest satisfaction goals. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies, financial controls, and health and safety standards. * Foster positive working relationships across all hotel departments. **Qualifications** ------------------ * #### **Qualifications \& Experience** + Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, or a related field. + Minimum 2\-3 years of Front Office experience in a hotel environment. + At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. + Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office applications. + Ability to lead by example and perform effectively in a fast\-paced environment. + Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
