Team Leader - F&B Industry

**Team Leader – Poori \& Karak** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and energetic Team Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent customer service and operational standards. The ideal candidate should have strong F\&B experience, leadership skills, and a hands\-on approach. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to achieve daily operational targets. * Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience. * Monitor food quality, service standards, portion control, and presentation. * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery. * Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. * Monitor staff attendance, grooming, hygiene, and work performance. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational requirements. * Support opening and closing procedures and ensure the outlet is properly maintained. * Train and guide team members to improve service and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Service Crew in the F\&B industry. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to manage a team in a fast\-paced restaurant environment. * Good knowledge of F\&B operations, hygiene, and service standards. * Hardworking, responsible, and customer\-focused. * Immediate joining is mandatory. * Must be locally available in Doha, Qatar. * Paid overtime available for additional working hours. Pay: QAR1,600\.00 \- QAR1,800\.00 per month Work Location: In person
