Tandem Mill Stand & Guide Fitter

• Install, assemble, maintain, and replace tandem mill stands, guides, and related rolling mill equipment . • Perform guide setting, alignment, and changeovers to ensure smooth rolling operations. • Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance on mill stands and guide systems. • Inspect rolling equipment for wear and recommend repairs or replacements. • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety standards. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Tandem Mill Stand & Guide Fitter in a steel rolling mill. • Strong knowledge of mill stand assembly, guide setting, alignment, and rolling mill maintenance . • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and support continuous production. • Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
