You'll work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of the company. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. - Build and execute hiring strategies for critical roles. - Source and engage top talent through multiple channels. - Improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience. - Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs. - Track hiring metrics and continuously optimize performance. - Build and lead the Talent Acquisition function as the company scales.
