For more information, visit: www.aiu.edu.kw **Position Overview** The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent in support of the organization’s workforce needs. The role involves developing effective sourcing strategies, screening and assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment documentation, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely and effective hiring decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. * Collaborate with hiring departments to understand position requirements, timelines, and workforce planning needs. * Draft and post job advertisements in accordance with AIU branding guidelines. * Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, agency partnerships, and other professional networks. * Guide selected candidates through relocation logistics, visa documentation, and onboarding. * Maintain accurate applicant tracking data, recruitment reports, and candidate databases. * Assist in drafting employment contracts in line with policies and labor regulations. * Perform additional HR\-related duties as assigned. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholders and time zones. * Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Detail\-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree (required). * Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience; international or higher education sector exposure preferred. * Experience drafting job advertisements and employment contracts. * Familiarity with labor regulations and recruitment compliance requirements is an advantage. **How to Apply** Interested candidates should visit the Job Opportunities section on our website and submit a resume and cover letter via: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
