Choithrams Muscat, Oman Posted 22 days ago Expires in a month #### **Job Description** **KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS** * Ensuring scheduled shipments are received and parked in their designated parking area. * Ensuring that the inventory received are matching with the packing list, purchase order, invoice, Production and Expiry batches. * Entering the goods received into the system MIGO through SAP system. * Ensuring that all the goods received are with complete accuracy. * Overseeing those inventories which are approaching the expiry date and segregating these inventories. * Ensuring that the inventories are kept in their designated areas. * Follow up on Purchase Order, Receiving Order and Invoices and forwarding these documents to the head office. * Ensuring that the goods are loaded into the trucks with complete accuracy and good condition. * Ensuring that trip sheets are prepared and maintained. * Verify these trip sheets to number to invoices to ensure accuracy. * Verification of damaged goods and expiry goods to the credit notes done on time and entered into the system. * Verifying QHSE log sheets to ensure that the temperature of the warehouse and cold room are maintained. * Ensuring that the Warehouse is well maintained and clean. * Ensuring that the attendance of company staff and contracted staffs are maintained.
