Supply Chain Specialist **Binda Group Corp.** Salalah, Oman Salalah Port Area, Salalah **Salary: OMR 13,000 / year** Job Description Binda Group Corp. is seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Supply Chain Specialist** to support the efficient movement of goods, materials, and supplies throughout the supply chain. The successful candidate will coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier activities while ensuring timely and cost\-effective operations. Responsibilities * Coordinate daily supply chain and logistics activities. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and lead times. * Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation. * Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers. * Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or supply issues. * Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, suppliers, and shipments. * Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost and process improvements. * Assist with supplier evaluation and performance monitoring. * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, finance, and operations teams. * Ensure goods and materials are delivered according to required specifications and schedules. * Prepare regular supply chain reports for management. * Support compliance with company policies and applicable logistics and procurement requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Good negotiation and supplier\-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
