They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Manager / Director to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring efficient planning, procurement, production support, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. • Develop supply chain strategies that improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize inventory performance. • Manage demand planning and S&OP processes to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production, and supply capabilities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key internal stakeholders. • Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team while promoting a high-performance culture. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements. Candidate Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent. • Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain experience within FMCG manufacturing, with significant experience in beverage manufacturing preferred. • Previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Senior Manager, or Director in a manufacturing FMCG company is essential. • Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is considered a strong advantage. • Fluent in Arabic and English. • Able to join immediately or within 30 days. • Candidates inside or outside Saudi Arabia are welcome to apply.
