If you’re interested in architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we invite you to explore opportunities with **Utopia.** **About the opportunity** We’re looking for a **Supply Chain Manager (FF\&E)** to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects in Dubai. This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on\-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery. **Key responsibilities*** Oversee FF\&E production and conduct quality control at factory level * Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking * Coordinate deliveries, including complex last\-mile logistics (remote or hard\-to\-access locations) * Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning * Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes * Collaborate closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness * Coordinate and supervise installation teams on\-site **Requirements*** 5\+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF\&E * Background in hospitality or high\-end residential projects * Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics * Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes * Ability to manage complex or remote project environments * Fluent English **What we offer*** This opportunity is based on\-site in Dubai, in close collaboration with construction and design teams delivering FF\&E across our hospitality projects. * Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle — from factory production and logistics to on\-site installation. * Collaborate with an international, multidisciplinary team spanning design, construction, and procurement. * High level of ownership and autonomy in a fast\-growing global company.
