SUPERVISOR - RESTAURANT (ARABIC)

Al Hattab Hospitality is looking for an experienced **Hospitality Supervisor** to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality trends, and the ability to drive team performance and revenue. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise day\-to\-day restaurant or hospitality operations * Lead and train service staff to maintain high standards * Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction * Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies * Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards * Coordinate with management on operational improvements **Requirements:** * 4–7 years of experience in hospitality (restaurant, café, or hotel) * Previous supervisory or team leader experience required * Strong knowledge of customer service and upselling techniques * Good communication and leadership skills * Locally available in Qatar with transferable QID preferred * Immediate joiners will be given priority **Salary \& Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Accommodation \& transportation (if applicable) * Career growth opportunities Job Type: Permanent Work Location: In person
