Supervisor - Joinery

• Oversee daily joinery operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Lead and mentor a team of joiners, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Interpret technical drawings and specifications, translating them into actionable production plans and work instructions for the team. • Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste. • Possession of a relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in joinery or a related trade. • A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the joinery industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. • Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. • Demonstrated expertise in various joinery techniques, materials, and finishing processes.
