***Key Responsibilities:*** **Leadership and Supervision:** \-Manage and mentor a team of technicians. \-Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. \-Conduct team meetings to align on goals and updates. **Maintenance and Troubleshooting:** \-Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. \-Quickly resolve technical issues to minimize downtime. \-Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities. **Quality and Safety Compliance:** \-Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety training. \-Monitor adherence to quality standards. \-Conduct safety drills and ensure team readiness. **Coordination and Reporting:** \-Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities. \-Communicate technical issues and progress to the Operations Manager. \-Prepare and present reports on equipment performance and team productivity. \-Manage inventory of tools, and equipment. \-Encourage team participation in training and development programs.
