**Supervisor – Tasks \& ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities** * **Lead and supervise the team** to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets are met. * **Train, coach, and motivate sales staff** to improve product knowledge, customer service, and closing techniques. * **Monitor individual and team performance**, providing regular feedback and corrective action when needed. * **Develop and implement sales strategies** to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and market reach. * **Ensure excellent customer service standards** and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently. * **Prepare sales reports** including performance analysis, forecasting, and improvement recommendations. * **Coordinate with management** to align sales goals with company objectives. * **Maintain strong product knowledge** and ensure the team is updated on new products, promotions, and pricing. * **Oversee daily operations** of the sales floor, ensuring proper merchandising, cleanliness, and stock availability. * **Ensure compliance** with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. **Food Safety \& Hygiene Responsibilities** * **Follow all food safety regulations** and ensure the team complies with company and government standards. * **Monitor proper handling, storage, and display of food items** to prevent contamination or spoilage. * **Ensure staff follow hygiene protocols**, including handwashing, glove use, and proper uniform standards. * **Report any food safety violations** or risks immediately to management. * **Conduct regular checks** to ensure expiry dates, temperature controls, and cleanliness standards are maintained. **Targets \& Bonus Structure** * The Sales Supervisor will have **monthly and quarterly sales targets** assigned by management. * **Achieving these targets qualifies the supervisor for a performance bonus** according to the company’s incentive plan. * Additional bonuses may be awarded for: * Exceeding sales targets * Exceptional team performance * High customer satisfaction scores * Strong compliance with food safety standards the candidate should have at least 3 years experience in food and beverage market. the candidate who does not have the above will be rejected Pay: AED2,700\.00 \- AED3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
