Supervisor - Civil

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee daily on\-site construction operations. You will manage field crews, coordinate with Main Contractor, and ensure all civil related works align with engineering drawing, specifications and BOQ, safety standards, and project schedules. **Core Responsibilities** · Crew Management: Direct daily activities of laborers, operators, and subcontractors on\-site. · Engineering Drawing: Interpret structural \& architectural drawings, coordination drawings with other utility and services, and technical specifications accurately. · Quality Assurance: Inspect ongoing work, incoming materials to guarantee compliance with specifications and BOQ. · Safety Enforcement: Maintain zero\-harm site conditions by strictly enforcing HSE and local safety regulations. · Schedule Tracking: Monitor daily progress against project milestones and report variations to management. · Material Logistics: Coordinate the delivery, storage, and inventory of construction materials and equipment. · Problem Solving: Resolve immediate on\-site technical issues or resource conflicts to minimize downtime. **Job Requirements \& Qualifications** · Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. · Experience: Minimum of 5\-8 years of supervisory experience on active construction sites. · Certifications: Valid site safety certification is an added advantage. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading complex civil drawings and using basic surveying tools. · Leadership: Strong verbal communication skills to manage diverse teams and address technical conflicts. · Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and navigate rugged construction site terrain during the working hours.
