Submission Officer

* Visit corporate clients, government entities, and business partners to promote services and strengthen business relationships. * Conduct Mobile Biometric enrolment at client locations as per operational requirements. * Receive, Collect, verify, and process customer applications in accordance with prescribed procedures and quality standards. · * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and prompt issue resolution. * Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement through value\-added services and business development initiatives. * Review application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with submission requirements. * Submit customer applications and supporting documents through the relevant systems and channels within the required timelines. * Identify and report incomplete applications, discrepancies, or documentation issues and coordinate with the relevant parties for resolution. * Support new projects and operational initiatives related to application processing and submission. * Prepare submission reports, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to management. * Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling and security of customer documents and information. * Coordinate with relevant internal teams, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth and timely application submission. * Train and guide centre staff on submission procedures and requirements when required. Mandatory experience / skills / qualification * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, or field operations. * Visa, passport, consular, outsourcing, or service\-centre experience is an advantage. * Strong communication, team supervision, and business\-development skills.
