Sub-Contracts Manager - Walkin Chennai

• Lead the entire subcontracts lifecycle, from initial solicitation to closeout, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. • Negotiate complex subcontract agreements, securing favorable terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks. • Manage subcontractor performance, conducting regular audits and progress reviews to ensure adherence to scope and schedule. • Oversee the development and issuance of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements. • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Construction Management). • Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar, showcasing expertise. • Demonstrates a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in subcontracts management within the construction or related industry. • Exhibits a strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
