**Job Summary:** The Onyeaubanatu Engineering is seeking a results\-driven Structural Steel Assembly Lead to direct shop floor assembly, guide structural steel fitters and welders, ensure precise alignment of heavy metal frameworks, and enforce strict quality and structural safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily structural steel assembly workflows, assigning tasks for fitting, bolting, tacking, and full\-penetration welding of heavy steel components. * Review structural engineering blueprints, shop fabrication drawings, and connection details to ensure exact placement of plates, beams, trusses, and columns. * Conduct strict pre\-assembly layout checks and post\-assembly dimensional verifications using precision measuring tools and optical layout equipment. * Troubleshoot joint misalignments, thermal distortion, and fit\-up defects, directing swift corrective actions to maintain fabrication schedules. * Coordinate routine inspection and safe operation of assembly fixtures, overhead bridge cranes, magnetic drills, and welding equipment. * Enforce comprehensive shop safety practices, rigging protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and 5S environmental standards. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Diploma, Vocational Certification, or Degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Fabrication, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 4–6 years of hands\-on structural steel assembly or fabrication experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. * **Skills:** Expertise in reading complex structural blueprints, structural fitting techniques, multi\-pass welding standards (AWS D1\.1\), and overhead crane rigging. * **Competencies:** Strong shop floor leadership, exceptional spatial accuracy, proactive problem\-solving under tight deadlines, and a safety\-first mindset. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢٢٬١٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
