Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **Structural Engineering Director** to lead our structural engineering division, oversee project execution, and ensure compliance with international standards. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive innovation in structural design and construction. Key Responsibilities * **Structural design leadership**: Direct the development of advanced structural systems. * **Project oversight**: Supervise execution of large\-scale infrastructure and building projects. * **Compliance management**: Ensure adherence to Qatar’s building codes and international standards. * **Innovation**: Introduce sustainable materials and digital engineering tools. * **Risk assessment**: Identify and mitigate structural risks across projects. * **Collaboration**: Partner with architects, contractors, and government agencies. * **Team development**: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of excellence. * **Reporting**: Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * 12\+ years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven expertise in designing and managing large\-scale projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and BIM tools. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, structural systems, and sustainability practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with GCC construction regulations and Qatar’s infrastructure landscape is an advantage.
