Strategy Specialist I

**Role Purpose** Support the development and execution of DDI’s strategic initiatives by gathering and analyzing data, preparing materials for strategy sessions, and coordinating logistics for workshops and follow\-up activities. ### **Responsibilities** * Collect, clean and analyze data on organizational performance, market trends and benchmarking studies. * Prepare slide decks, dashboards and briefing materials for strategy\-setting meetings. * Coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings and action\-tracker follow\-ups. * Assist in drafting sections of strategic plans, policy documents and progress reports. * Maintain the Strategy Management Office’s repository of tools, templates and best practices. * Liaise with business units to gather updates and ensure alignment to strategic priorities. ### **Required Skills and Expertise:** **Core Skills (Strategy Management Office):** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Clear verbal and written communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork and adaptability. **Technical / Role\-Specific Skills:** * Proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with data\-visualization or dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Basic understanding of project\-management methodologies. ### **Other Comments:** **Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in strategy, planning, consulting or a related function. **Supervisory Responsibilities** None.
