Job description
As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will build and manage relationships with tourism authorities, airports, government entities, and corporate partners to support new route development, increase passenger traffic, and strengthen flyadeal's market presence. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Network Planning teams to develop partnership opportunities and deliver mutually beneficial initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism boards, airports, government entities, and commercial partners. Support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements. Coordinate joint marketing and promotional campaigns with partners. Secure airport incentive packages to support new route launches. Monitor partnership performance against agreed KPIs. Prepare presentations, business proposals, reports, and briefing documents. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership activities with commercial objectives. Represent flyadeal at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, contacts, and agreements. Identify new opportunities that contribute to network growth and revenue generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, stakeholder management, or account management.
• Experience within aviation, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or stakeholder management systems is an advantage.
