We look forward to hearing from you. **Closing date** Please note the vacancy will be closed when the successful candidate has been selected. **You and the role** To manage and control all store and warehouse activities, ensuring proper receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials in compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and applicable standards (e.g., API, ISO, QMS). **Primary responsibilities** Material Receipt \& Inspection * Ensure all incoming materials are received against valid Purchase Orders (PO). * Coordinate with QA/QC for incoming material inspection (MTC verification, identification, traceability). * Verify quantity, specifications, and physical condition of materials. * Ensure proper documentation (GRN, delivery note, inspection reports). Storage \& Preservation * Maintain proper storage conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, or contamination. * Segregate materials (raw materials, consumables, rejected items, customer\-supplied materials). * Implement FIFO / FEFO system where applicable. * Ensure environmental controls (temperature, humidity) for sensitive items (e.g., rubber, paints, electrodes). Inventory Control * Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual system. * Conduct periodic stock verification (monthly/quarterly/yearly). * Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests. * Track slow\-moving, non\-moving, and obsolete inventory. Material Issuance * Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition (MR) or Job Order (JO). * Ensure traceability of issued materials to specific jobs/projects. * Maintain proper issue records and acknowledgments. Documentation \& Compliance * Maintain all store\-related records as per QMS/API requirements. * Ensure traceability of materials (heat number, batch number, etc.). * Support internal and external audits (API, ISO, client audits). * Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards. Coordination * Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Production, and Projects teams. * Support supplier audits and material\-related inspections. * Communicate discrepancies or non\-conformities to concerned departments. Housekeeping \& Safety * Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environment. * Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and identification of materials. * Follow HSE guidelines and ensure safe handling of materials**.** **Experience** * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent, Supply Chain, or related field. * Previous experience in store/warehouse management (preferably Oil \& Gas / Fabrication). * Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control. * Familiarity with API / ISO / QAQC documentation requirements. **Behaviour and Skills** * Strong organizational and record\-keeping skills * Knowledge of material traceability and MTC handling * Communication and coordination skills * Attention to detail and problem\-solving ability * Good computer skills and ability to use ERP / inventory management systems. * Knowledge of safe material handling and storage practices
