Storekeeper

**Job Summary:** The Storekeeper is responsible for managing, receiving, storing, and issuing goods and materials in a store or warehouse. The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage, and timely availability of items, while maintaining cleanliness and safety. The Storekeeper is also responsible for updating and managing inventory on the Shopify system, tracking stock movement between locations, and ensuring all items are properly barcoded. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, check, and record incoming goods and materials * Store items properly to prevent damage or loss * Organize and arrange stock in the warehouse in a systematic way * Add and update products, quantities, and details on the **Shopify system** * Generate and assign barcodes for all products and ensure proper labeling * Scan barcodes when receiving, transferring, or issuing items to maintain accurate records * Track inventory levels on Shopify and ensure they match physical stock * Monitor stock transfers between warehouse and company locations and ensure accurate quantities in each location * Issue goods as requested and maintain accurate records of all outgoing items * Update stock levels on the system immediately after sales or transfers * Maintain inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock * Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts using barcode systems when applicable * Label, tag, and arrange items correctly * Keep the store area clean, organized, and safe * Follow company procedures and safety rules * Prepare basic inventory and stock movement reports when required **Skills and Requirements:** * Knowledge of inventory management and stock control * Experience using inventory systems (**preferably Shopify**) * Familiarity with barcode systems and scanners * Good organizational and record\-keeping skills * Ability to accurately track stock across multiple locations * Strong attention to detail * Basic computer skills * Honest, responsible, and reliable Job Type: Full\-time Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
