Storekeeper

**Position : Storekeeper** **Immediate Joiners** **Salary : QAR 2,800 monthly fixed income** **Contract Duration:** 2 months – Extendable **Job Description:** **Job Purpose** The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory materials and supplies in an organized and efficient manner. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage practices, and timely availability of materials to support operational requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. * Store materials in designated locations while ensuring proper handling and storage conditions. * Issue materials and supplies as per approved requisitions. * Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system. * Conduct regular stock counts and support periodic inventory audits. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. * Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed and filed accurately. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store and warehouse areas. * Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding material requirements and replenishment. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. **Skills \& Competencies** * Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good organizational and record\-keeping skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
