Storekeeper & Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, label, and organize all incoming inventory. * Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts. * Keep the stockroom, office, and storage areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Ensure all products and materials are stored safely and correctly. * Research new suppliers and obtain quotations when required. * Compare supplier prices, product quality, and delivery timelines, and report findings to management. * Assist in preparing products and materials for photoshoots. * Support photoshoots by organizing products, props, and displays as instructed. * Return all products to their designated locations after each photoshoot. * Assist with packing, unpacking, labeling, and other operational tasks. * Purchase office or operational supplies when requested. * Provide support to any department or company branch whenever operational assistance is required. * Travel to any company branch or location to provide assistance or perform assigned duties as directed by management. * Respond promptly to management requests and complete assigned tasks efficiently. * Perform any other work\-related duties assigned by management as required.
